Commission
Commission is a fixed charge per lot on accounts that show raw spreads.
A common shape is a tighter spread plus a charge per lot each way. The cost of the trade is the spread and the commission together, never one of them alone.
Comparing a commission account with a spread-only account means adding both sides up first.
